The mission of the Melissa D. Betts Elementary Student Council is to allow students to become responsible leaders within our community and promote the values that represent good characters in students...trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.

Student Council members will engage in monthly community service activities that will bring awareness about those less fortunate.
Meeting Schedule
Practice Day: First Thursday of every month
Practice Time: 7:15 a.m.-7:45 a.m.
Practice Location: Betts Library

Open House CATCH Program
Student Council members assisted with distributing fruits and vegetables during Open House. The healthy snacks were provided as part of the CATCH Program that brings schools, families, and communities together to teach children how to be healthy for a lifetime.
